Employee Survey - Job Satisfaction

This is one of a series of blogs related to our recent Employee Satisfaction Survey results.

In the category of Job Satisfaction and Support the overall improvement was 10 points. And, IPS is 11 points off the Honor Roll. Improvement is calculated by adding the change in positive scores to the change in negative scores for a total improvement or decline change. In this example, positive scores improved by 9 points and negative scores improved by 1 point for a total improvement of 10 points.
