Benchmarking IPS-like organizations

Are we entirely unique?

Sometimes we think IPS is so unique that we cannot benchmark our services and operation. Recently our counterparts at UNC Chapel Hill visited Georgia.  Although there are few one-to-one comparisons, a look at other universities work in government outreach can be enlightening.  Below is the link to School of Government Dean Mike Smith's blog post about the trip.
