IPS Leadership Team Meetings

As of last week, Chuck Shoopman and I have met with each agency's management team and shared the results of the Employee Engagement Survey. We have requested that each management team develop a strategy for sharing the results with all staff and developing an action plan for improving the work environment. If you have not already heard about it from your agency director, you can expect to hear something in the not too distant future.

The IPS Leadership Team met last Thursday. Among the many agenda items, we reviewed the status of each agency's Baldrige application and strategic plan.
